What’s included

Pitching to be a guest on podcasts is a time consuming exercise. Whether you’ve been trying to pitch on your own (or thinking about trying to pitch on your own), you’re probably not super thrilled about how much work is involved. That’s ok. That’s where we come in to help.

But let’s be clear, this is not the same as asking a virtual assistant to send cold pitches for you. Our team is full of experienced professionals who have either been on dozens of podcasts themselves, and/or served as a producer and host of a podcast at some point in the recent future.

In other words, your pitch will not be written by AI. You will not be given a list of generic shows you have no interest in appearing on. You will have ample opportunity to collaborate with our team of experts to ensure that you’re fully prepared to not only pitch, but kill it as a guest on any platform you appear on.

So, let me break down some of the benefits of this plan:

  • This will be a curated list that is approved by you or someone on your team each month before we start to send pitches.

    • This includes the creation of a perfect podcast persona 

    • Tracker with notes, and progress that you and your team will have access to

    • You have the option to choose whether we send the pitches as you, or as someone on your team

    • These will be the three topics you’re most qualified to speak on

    • We’ll give you specific talking points to hit during your conversation (will help with key content we can create post interviews)

    • A guide on best practices for staying on message, while still being a great guest (aka not salesy!)

  • Think of this as a digital press kit for podcasts. It includes:

    • Lists your “Power Points” - the three areas you’re most qualified to speak on

    • Short bio

    • Description of your company, and who you serve

    • Potential CTA/give away to audience

  • There will be a member of our team assigned to your account, to ensure that any questions that come up during the process is addressed in a timely manner. You can expect a response from our team within 24hrs, but we answer within a few minutes for most things - except for outside office hours.

  • In addition to our monthly pitching services, you will also get access to a few tools and guides that will help you kill it even more.

    • Follow up after each interview (as needed)
